Sorry to disagree big time with you, pozole in México is never ever served with cilantro. There are two choices of garnish, cabbage (mostly in the north of the country) and lettuce, the tortilla chips/tostadas go on the side, you forgot the hot sauce
Thank you so much for this video. I just finished eating 2 bowls and I can't stop going back for just a little more when the bowl is empty...this can be dangerous, however, your recipe is awesome. I substituted pork for the beef so it's not exactly the same as your video but it is still perfect to the taste buds!

ok u don't squeeze the lemon for them they have to decide if they waant lemon or not on their pozole and those chips look really burnt .
