Depends which tekken and which Streetfighter. I have not yet played Tekken 6 but Tekken 3 is the best Tekken followed by Tekken 5.

Streetfighter has at least 3 different series. Original World Warrior (or Champion Edition) was the best. then Alpha 2... then perhaps Street Fighter 3.

I really love Tekken 3 but SF2 wins it... just. I remember spending nearly £100 in a single evening playing at the arcades with a "hated" rival. Good times.
