How is it racism to Hispanics when Hispanic is not a race? Maybe it should be said that it is racism to Mestizos and Native Americans, because that's what most Mexicans are. Most Mexicans are Mestizo which is a mixed race of half Native American/half White, and the second most race of Mexicans is Native American. I say these things, because I am Hispanic, but my race is White because all of my ancestors were from Spain, not any Native Americans or Mestizos. Saludos.

But most Hispanics in the U.S. are mixed race called Mestizo which is White/Native American mixed. Any race can be Hispanic. There are White Hispanics, Black Hispanics, Asian Hispanics, Native American Hispanics and mixed race Hispanics like Mestizos, Zambos (Black/Amerindian) and Mulatos (White/Black mix).

People may say these laws are racist, but they really are not, at my last job working for a school district one of my fellow employees and friends was an immigrant from mexico, when the laws were going into affect that gave police more power I asked him how he felt, and he said "You know, if your here legally than there shouldn't be a problem." he had no issues with it.
