Now and then he would trew some combinations.

Mike Tyson is the perfect example of unfulfilled potential. He peaked at around 22-23, after that it was downhill. I remember watching his first fight after he left Kevin Rooney, I am pretty sure it was Frank Bruno. Mike was getting tagged by this big, not very fast guy that would have never hit him with a clean punch a year before, Tyson was not throwing those horrible combos, his inside work seemed off. Watching that fight, I said to myself, Tyson is going to lose badly very soon. Too bad!

Failing a test for steroids usually carries a ban for a boxer, so to say that they all use them is ridiculous and simply not true at all. There will always be cheats in any sport, soof course there will be a few that we don't know about who are juicing in secret. But given the testing procedures and the fact that taking them can put their career at risk, 90% plus of boxers will be steroid-free.

what are you talking about? they sparred in 1984 and lennox lewis who was so skinny and scrawny back then knocked the shit out of tyson during a sparring sesssion...that result is well known...oliver mccall was another guy that owned tyson in sparring...

In Tyson and Lewis' sparring sessions, Tyson gave Lewis a fat lip and later on Tyson got a bloody nose...big fucking deal.
Oliver McCall was Tyson's sparring partner at a time when it was really difficult to find him one because he was kicking all their asses. McCall wasn't owning shit...he was lucky to survive.
Point is, if he met either of them in the ring as a pro in the 80's, they'd be dead.

People seem to forget Tyson was the younger fighter - Lewis still humiliated him.
It would have been closer in the 80s, when Tyson was training better - but he was simply an overrated fighter fighting in a weak era.
The only other top quality fighter of that time was Holyfield and we all know that Tyson simply could not beat him. End of.
