@CiniCraft same with me. i've had a pot belly for 9yrs so i've been jogging on the treadmill for 30 mins a day, 5 days a week, for 4 months now and i've lost inches everywhere on my body BUT my belly. it just sticks there no matter what
ok so i know that you start to run off fat stores after 10 min of cardio. would it be more effective for me to go at a slower pace foor the first 10 min and then bring up the intensity for the rest of the run?

to lose weight, you might want to do less intensity exercises such as walking as it does burn fat, (jogging burns calories) to reduce the stress on other part of the body such as knee's they might want to swim or cycle as the do not have to support their own bodyweight.

I am finding that incline walking on a treadmill is the best for me...My heart rate, (60 years old) is about 132 and it stays that way for 20 minutes. THe incline keeps me from getting beat up by walking so fast I hate it, and I raise the incline as the time goes by. Is t my speed at 3.0. It's low impact, and lots of sweat. I get my second wind around 16 minutes....I could go longer, but I weight train also, and I have only so much time.
This is the truth, you didnt get that fatass belly in a week, what makes you think that a week of crunches is going to make it go away. If you want results work for it
