the point is trying to make the whole routine one continuous movement from start to finnish as waving is just the element refering to the wave-like movement the dancer uses to create the liquid illusion

he using another style called waving, this style was the evolution of liquid dancing when mixed with popping and as different characteristics

in liquid style the dancer does not include any form of popping in the routine of gliding, waving (the wave like movements of the body), and wrist rolls

This is NOT liquid dancing, this is waving. Liquid dancing is mainly done from the hands, while moving your legs aside in side to side, but not continuosly. The chest & all the body, that's waving. Check wikipedia.
