I am pushing 50, have a size two body, and feel a million times better after menopause than before. Women do not degrade with age, society needs to stop devaluating seasoned women.  We are just coming into our power years.

After my menopause, I became fat, placid and happier than I've ever been in my life. The proverbial scales fell from my eyes, and I see through all the bullshit I've been fed all my life from society. As for sex...don't want it, don't need it (and wonder if I ever really did), and don't miss it. The song "I'm so glad I'm not young anymore" from "Gigi" is my anthem. Nirvana in this life IS possible. Just survive long enough and nature will give it to you.
