Just wanted to say thanks for your tutorials again, I just recieved my Dollie Extensions today and was about to toss them in the trash, then I calmed down and watched your hello gorgeous video and you started from big to little instead of small to big like I usually do and it worked they are so thick and only have 5 wefts

Hi everyone! i received my goregous set couple of days ago. Shannon was soooo helpful! she helped me with colour matching. I went for Light wheat blonde/dark wheat blonde and it is super super NICE! The hair is so smooth and think. I wish my own hair was like this. This is definitely the best hair extension I've ever seen or used. HIGHLY recommend. It takes us at least 10-15+ business days (at least 2-3+ weeks) to make each set. Shipping will add on some additional time depending where you are located in the world! Please appreciate that all our extensions are made to order and not just pulled off a shelf from a giant warehouse. We appreciate all our fabulous clients and want to make beautiful extensions at a great price. :) HG

@fufuox I Ordered the extensions and they took a while...te reason they take long is cuz they are hand made. it specifically tells you on the site when you order them....they send you an email to let you know when they are actually sshipped off.

They're hand made and they make them similar to your hair color. So I would think it would take a couple of months for you to get them...

I ordered my extensions back in January and they were literally just delivered to my house today. Like you, i thought maybe i was conned when purchasing them around 3 months ago but it looks like they just take a really long time! So I hope yours finally turn up

Of course emailing the girl who made this video won't do anything! She doesn't work for them she's just showing you what they look like and how to put them in. And hair extentions are sometimes custom made and the shipping can take a really long time.
