I like Demartini's stuff but all this soulmate wishy washy relationship advise isn't very helpful. It's nice to listen to and is all nice and spiritual and philosophical but the bottom line is that men need to grow some balls and go out there and meet woman. I definately agree with jnr8877. Some people scoff at this because they have never experienced it. I used to be one of them and thought it was some kind of fairytale nonsense. But it happened to me, not once but twice. You feel a direct spiritual and love connection to them. It's an inner thing that happens to you and you feel an overwhelming desire to be with them. Soulmates are definately real. This kind of thing comes from God and only a lucky few experience this on planet earth.

Soul mates DO exist. However one must trust God as God is a matchmaker. A soul in the true sense of the word is someone who has the same soul as you. Man and woman are intrinsically linked as we know that woman was made from man, for man and brought to man by God. Hence her whole DNA is formed from the man but she is the feminine of him. Every woman is looking for the man she was taken out of and every man is looking for the woman that was taken out of him. Opposites never attract!

Marriage is certainly about compromise. I don't know if your religious, but when I was first listening to this, I swore I was listening to a pastor, because he sounded just like one when I visited a friend's baptist church, and heard their sermon. You also have to meet your soulmate to understand.. I've loved mine for 8 years.

'Kindred souls' is another way to express those people who are unrelated to us 'by blood' but give us the feeling of being like brothers - like family. Close friends we can count on are irreplaceable, but not the same as what most people mean by the term 'soulmate'.
