@LordIllidan98 u need to know that only a minority of macros are cast sequence based. and like gruntboy said macros ARE for pros. and also, during blizzard's official tournaments eg blizzcon, no mods/addons are allowed but ONLY MACROS are allowed since they included in wow by default by blizzard

anyway, the rogue was smart to have opened into a kidney shot and vanished since we would definitely try to down him asap. by opening on me with his mage simultaneously df->poly on my dk, im forced to tank the frost mage's frostbolts while novaed. if the rogue did liek you did he would have died hardcore to immolation aura. learn to play
cant help but ask...why meta? im not a lock expert...but you are the first meta lock ive seen in 2s so far...and Its on youtube..never in the the comps i face...I noticed you died early on and was just wondering if meta does something worth specing in arena.
meta locks arent that good for long fights coz they cannot do strong sustained damage and/or big bursts. what they can do though, is survive slightly better and of course during metamorph, you WILL be doing high sustained damage and a little burst. the only hard part is staying near the enemy so your immoaura does its damage. also, although i lack talent modifers, i had 2700 sp in this vid and 2900+ with demonic pact. factor in 13% from ebon plague and my damage isnt a joke when meta is up
meta is sort of a 1 trick pony but in the 2v2 bracket if you use it well it wont suck as hard as most people claim it does. the ebon plague synergy is huge though, really jacks up my damage (i had shadowburns go for 5.5k). and in addition felguard hits really hard (you can see @ 0:38 how hard the mage got hit) and it allows me to put my pet on the enemy and los + bandage if it comes down to a 1v1 (felguard specs r actually better for 1v1s @ that time: felguard stun -> fear spam)
the primary reason why im meta in s5 is coz i enjoy it. i played felguard throughout tbc (occasionally sl/sl) and really liked the playstyle. and i found it sort of "betraying" the spec to go affliction just to get higher ratings. so i experimented a little and ended up running dk lock 2v2. and yea you are right that meta locks are rare. when i broke 2200 as this comp i was the highest rated meta lock in the US and 3rd in the world (the other 2 metalocks were also 2200+)
and as for this fight i die early coz its rogue mage 2 dps. (it was a gladiator and a flawless victor btw =P) Against a good rogue mage 2 dps i will most probably die so what i must do is to do enough damage to both such that my dk can solo them or take 1 down with me so my dk can solo the other since they usually blow quite a bit of cds to kill me. as you can see in the above fight the mage got to ~40% and the rogue was dead when i died.
that was essentially game over coz a mage who is defensive cannot kill a dk. (he needs to burst the dk hard to force the dk to go defensive).
sorry for the long reply but just answering your questions and as for meta being worth speccing in arena. i would say meta DEFINITELY wont get you as far as affliction/destro would. but if you really enjoy it, play it :)
