@awesomezcreedz You can't mod the Steam version, and you must downgrade if you hope to mod. Search for third-party downgraders, and if you can't find anything, download the version 1.0 from The Pirate Bay or something. (You already purchased the game once, there's no need to buy it again.)

I wouldn't download the Archive, I downloaded the installer, it's easy.

After you download it, it automatically goes into your GTA SAN ANDREAS folder.

Then you want to make a Cleo text folder in the Cleo folder, "CLEO_TEXT"... Exactly like that.

Test the game to see if works or not. Because sometimes the disk will start to run but then the game doesn't run at all, or some of you get in error.

Go to google and search for in gta_sa.exe download, then just replace it in that folder.
