This was done with a very well geared group, possibly people who had cleared Naxx and Ulduar but pre-ICC. You can tell by how quickly they downed the whelps and the guardians (the large adds). I've wiped several times in here because it's hard to pug a group who can deal enough DPS, and the adds start to stack up. That's where the two tank strat comes in; one on the guardians, the other on the whelps. Of course you sacrifice even more DPS like this, so it takes longer.

Nope the onyxia patch is separate from the lich king so even if u still have origional wow u can't fight lvl 60 onyxia, they do that to encourage people to buy the lich king.

That's how I started. I use the mouse to cast rather then my keyboard. I grew too used to it, but it's quite easy once you get used to it.
