  • i've lived now in S.Florida for 26 yrs. have fished almost on a weekly basis every week of those 26 yrs, in the glades right off I-75(which is named alligator alley) i have seen ALOT of gators in this size range. Alligators here have actually become a pest. they went from tiny numbers and put on the endangered list to well over a million according to Florida fish

& game. you can see them on a daily basis in any city canal here

  • @use2slam2 theres thousands in the st.johns river

  • Noooo Aflac Duck dont do it!!!! Even though they fired you, you're still the best insurance mascot in the world! I mean maybe you can work for geico or state farm!!!

  • Cryptozoology novel about two boys who find something strange on the beach one night see video book trailer

  • This is why I ove snow because they cant live where I am at

  • I've seen gators in the wild that were at least 16ft in Fla.

  • predator : if it bleeds we can kill it , get to the chopper , what the f*ck are you?

  • idiots!!!!!!!!!

  • It may sound odd saying this but it seems abosolutely ludacrious that American people live side by side with these creatures. I am from Southern Ontario (That's in Canada) and the most dangerous thing we come by is the rare Bear or Coyotes. As cruel as it sounds if I lived in one of the Southern states I'd feel compelled to shoot one of these if I ever had one on or near my property. Seems like anywhere you swim you'd have to worry about Alligators. Worst thing we worry about here is leeches.

  • @MrRnizio1 this is a "farm"... I have lived in the area most my life and have never seen or encountered a gator. (except dead ones after Hurricane Ike) But we swim in bayous, etc and never have a problem. They are just as scared of us. Trust me, if we have a gator in our yard, we would shoot it too...lol. It's not like they are squirrels, they aren't just everywhere.. a sighting is rare. Alligator meat is tasty too, we fry it up, or use it gumbo and other cajun foods.

  • @buffycharmedangel102 Thank you. I suppose it was assumptions on my behalf to think that these creatures were very common in your area. It's most likely do to the fact that some of the predators in my area(foxes and coyotes) are a nocent and have been known to kill peoples pets. I live in a small town of around 18,000 people and you commonly see foxes in town even during the day. The other day while on my way to work at about 5.20am I saw a coyote walking down the middle of a populated street.

  • @buffycharmedangel102 It quite intimidating now that I think of it. Not for me but for people pets and perhaps small children. On many occasons I have heard of Coyotes actually acting injured(limping) in attempt to luring someones pet. After being persistent the Coyote then gave up and ran away with no limb or no injury. I assumed because some of the top predators in my area have become overpopulated that perhaps in your area they have aswell.

  • @MrRnizio1 Yeah, we don't have that problem. You have to understand, we are so close to the gulf..we have MANY water ways (bayous, lakes, marshes, swamps, etc) away from the land, where the gators keep to themselves. Unless you go look for them, chances are you won't see any. I use to live out in AZ, and you would have to watch out for the coyotes and your pets, etc.. but gators are totally different. We don't have gators walking down ours streets..thank GOD! lol

  • 13 feet?? You gotta be kidding me! And you consider THAT a large one?

In Florida there are alligators anywhere from 14 ft (which is the record of length for caught alligators) to 18-19 feet in the wild!

  • @vampiroangelico no the biggest wild gator is 16 ft

  • @vampiroangelico Actually the florida record is 17' 1" Thanks :)

  • @gtrxxfiendxx The Florida record for a caught one? Are you sure? Do you have any sources to back that up?

  • @vampiroangelico Im pretty sure caught, and yes I do but unfortunately its on Wikipedia google it lol

  • @vampiroangelico I also live in Beaumont texas and I drive past Gator Country every day and have yet to be there. But I would sweat balls if I saw that thing in my yard

  • Not as big as King Gator from All dogs go to heaven

  • dum ass

  • im in hilton head and i saw one about this sise!

  • al is bigger.

  • damm you got BALLZ

  • predator : if it bleeds when can kill it, get to the chopper, what the f*ck are you?

  • Comment removed

  • :31 SNAP.

  • Lmao, no kidding... that's ridiculous

  • I'm from Atlanta and I met Gary and Kent this past weekend while vacationing in Beaumont (of all things). Got to see a private screening of the pilot episode of Gator 911...let me tell you, it's going to be great! All the kids watching it were MESMORIZED.

  • holy shit. you guys are clinically insane. lol! you couldn't pay me to get anywhere near one of those.

when I was down in Hilton head, I accidentally came within about 20 feet of some really big wild gators sunning themselves on a bank, and I thought even that was wayyy too close. I backed out of the area in a hurry. they look sluggish but surprise their prey with very fast bursts of speed.

  • feed it alot and it will grow.

  • what does it matter a gator as long as you can eat you.

  • And BIG AL,,, he is right at the underside of 13 feet depsite the proposterous claims that are being made as to him being the largest Alligator in Texas. For anyone who feels that they are an Alligator expert, and think that I am wrong, feel free to contact the Texas Parks and Wildlife Alligator program in Port Arthur Texas.

  • Couldn't possibly agree with you more. I've lived in the Deep Southern regions of louisiana all my life and a gator getting to be ANY bigger than 15 ft is just about non exsistent. Im so dam sick of people posting videos about 23FOOT gators and ridiculous bullshit like that.u hunt em so you know. THEY JUST DON'T GET THAT DAMN BIG! Of course, people believe just about ANYTHING they see or hear about. Like pappy always said "Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see"He was right

  • @winchsteel Hes only described as the largest alligator to be living in captivity in Texas. Of course anyone living in texas like myself we all know hes not the largest out there.

  • I live in Southeast Texas and commercially hunt Alligators each year since 1984 with over 1000 harvested, biggest being 13 feet 1 inch. The largest alligator taken in Texas was Right at 14 feet out of Brazoria County a few years ago. As far as anyone seeing an alligator over 15 feet, it just wont happen.

  • i was surprised he didnt jump on you all

  • And for those of you from Florida, the 20 footers you've been seeing are most likely crocs. Y'all have the American Crocodile over there, they can get upwards of 20 to 22 feet.

  • Hahaha guys, I know there are some really big alligators out there, but I can guarantee you an American Alligator WILL NOT get over 15 feet. That being said, if I had seen Big Al in the wild (before I started working with these animals), I would swear up and down he was 20 feet long.

  • See thats where your wrong. There have been two record alligators killed in Texas the biggest being 23ft 1in long.

  • @ctk1708, lmao where did you get that info, a chain email? The largest one ever killed in the U.S. was "allegedly" 19 feet. And they gain a few feet when you hang them up because their bodies stretch a great amount.

  • Im kinda one of those people to poke at death but OMG you guys r doin sum serious poking being that close!!!

  • u people that say u have seen 20+ long alligator are proabably mistaking it for a croc

  • if that is a guy talkin he must be gay

  • man i remember seeing 'al' when i was a kid. big mother fucker. i hear gator country has some yummy gator on the menu

  • i miss gator it tastes so dang good

  • holy shit yea man! i went to phuket club med and they were serving alligator meat and i was like "wtf?" then i tried it and went for seconds!!!!

  • they tatse great lol

  • SHOOT THESE ANIMALS

  • Shooting morons like you would be so much more fun.

  • shoot ur dumb ass self...

  • why alligators kill humans and pets i love most of natures creatures lions dogs beavers but i hate sharks and alligators no matter what they cannot be tamed those peice of shits need to all be killed ungrateful peices of shits you can raise one as a young gun and it will still eat you alive fuckin sick animals

  • lol yes they can be tamed go to the everglades in florida whootens airboat tours and museum they have a couple of them tamed so the tourists can hold them. not one person has been attacked by either one of them.

  • full grown ones?? i gotta see it to believe it all ive seen is steve irwin in love with crocs that he has raised since birth and they still never recognized him ive seen lions hyenas elephants bears and all types of predators be tamed but not crocs or alligators ive only seen people doing the hand in the mouth trick or feeding them but i have yet to see a man hugging one

  • then take a vacation like i said to whootens airboat rides in the everglades of florida. youll get to hold one if your not a chicken shit.

  • who cares they're ugly shits anyways

  • go to the florida everglades man they have a few tame pets theyll let you hold them. i got pics ill have to post up here.

  • ur a fucking retard dude xD

  • go suck a gators dick

  • yet another awesome comment from the guy who wants to either tame or kill all gators and sharks... wow

  • well then go suck a gators and sharks dick you nature freak

  • lol dam son u got me on that one xD ur just full of intelligent comments arent u

  • He's already been shot. In 1985. Point blank in his left shoulder with a twelve gauge. Didn't do anything but piss him off hahaha

  • you guys are fucking stupid...

oh oh oh throw the duck at the gator??? i wanna see that...

since you didn't put your hand in the gators mouth... or fall in...

  • Yall have some ball, thats crazy right.

  • no its easy lol just dont do it when the mouth is open thats all. if you get into a fight with one after it slams its mouth shut jump on its back and hold its mouth shut have someone cover both eyes roll it on its back and itll go to sleep.

  • ok. sounds like u have experience fighting with these gators... i got like 4 crocodiles in my back yard that i would surley love to catch.... my subs bang too...

  • where are ya man ill come catch them for you. if your relocating otherwise forget it. but you gotta be around where i am i cannot miss work. i still have a job and i intend to keep it that way.

  • look how his mouth snaps!!surely it can crush human arms!!

  • easily

  • WOW, I live in Florida and I would never get within 20 feet of an alligator...doesn't matter what the size.

  • yeah this was a small one compared to what the glades has. just a baby lol. where in fl you live.

  • go to Davao crocodile park in philippines it is 20 to 22ft long and it has killed alot of people, hes name is pangil

  • some get that big in florida only a very few. i have heard of a 25 footer in the glades. it wasnt found alive though it had died a week or 2 before they found it. hate to run into that one realy.

  • thats nice..

  • oh come on now you all got much bigger ones over there. 35 feet i saw online from over there. thats a damn monster.

  • are you sure?? I dont know about that... ill try to find that monster

  • mysubsbang, if you're talking about the picture of the one hanging from a tractor bucket, it's fake. We got alot of calls about it asking if we had seen it, so we spoke with the game warden down there, and that gator was 12 ft 8 inches. The largest gator ever reported (legitimately, with proof) was 14 feet 5 inches.

  • naples fl we had one 21 feet. call them if you wanna lol. but they do get much bigger than 14 feet lol. we have 16 footers in the everglades plenty of them. the one was just shy of 21 feet the biggest i have heard of. and saw on there wall plauqes.

  • they have 1 here in SC at a wildlife park its dead and stuffed and is 23 ft long and weighed over 1 ton i saw it years ago it was in olanta sc

  • ayshkwem, if you're talking about the one that there's a picture of hanging from a tractor bucket, it's photoshopped. We got tons of calls about it. I spoke to the game warden who measured the gator in that picture, he was only 12ft 8 inches. Good work on the part of the cameraman/editor.

  • tnx for telling me ^^

  • wat r u doing r u crazy

  • I love how everyone bitches about them eating people... then we do stupid shit like this.

  • thats not even to big :S . definatly not the bigest in texas.

  • cant be they are bigger in florida than this one so they gotta get bigger than that.

  • biggest in texas, heaviest in the nation. he's 13 foot 4 inches and 996 pounds.

  • I take it Rammstein275 ain't too bright...

  • i would kill Al in his girl

  • I mean follow you home

  • These people are asking for a world of shit feeding alligators like this. Leave these guys alone and they won't follow you alone.

  • he's in captivity....they HAVE to feed him lol

  • We have way bigger in Louisiana

  • Maybe longer, not bigger. He's the heaviest in the nation by about 126lbs.

  • wow your big al is nothing but a baby his head is soooo small. florida has much bigger than that. i mean feet bigger man why you commenting making it like this thing is soooo big. you be lyin to you know we both know that. they have live footage of a few gators bigger than that in texas and florida. says your only 21 i understand your a young kid but ignorance is bliss there pal.

  • That was gay.

  • They do this in Louisiana all the time, I've seen small children feeding alligators pork rinds out of their palm.

  • lol kids feeding em out of the palm of there hand my ass....a gater would just take the WHOLE hand!

  • nope just gotta know how. its easy realy

  • You are very brave people!!! Great job!!
