the bands original name was lincoln park but the website domain was already used so they changed it to linkin park :)

umm..no your wrong, they did have a different name previous to taking on 2 of the current players and lossing a few of the original, but when they changed it was always linkin park as to be a spin off of THE lincoln park, but they never speled it that way
