That's not true.. in Nuclear Dawn you can build your own base and and infantry and then play as the commander/ the player you are builden with and then you can turn into the fps mod so you play as one of the infantrys you can made.. In your lame game empires you can build your own base before starting... idiot read about both games before you talk shit about it...

If a game licenses an engine, it's no longer considered a mod. So Nuclear Dawn is not a mod. To say it is a mod is like saying BioShock is an Unreal Tournament 3 mod.
