  • How awful, oh Lord, when morrissey shall die, oh heavens, may I, may I just die before? My death and his, bother me alike. How shall England suck without him? England, Morrissey, we love u and u know it, but they shall not remember no Cameron, Lo! Morrissey, we shall always rest together, your name shall always be. We love u, Morrissey. Take care, old son. Alex Gunge

  • first time i heard this,i,m delighted may i add, lookin forward to southpaw

  • I keep loving Morrissey, even though I sometimes go through months without listening anything from him, one single song is enough to bring all the memories back, all the hard times Morrissey helped me to keep going and all... I love this man.

  • Southpaw is one of his very best!...this perfomance and the set list is just brilliant!

  • I adore Southpaw

  • hidden gem... love it.

  • Southpaw Grammar is fantastic, & this is one of the best songs on it... x

  • Has anyone noticed the sweat on his back at the 20 second mark? It is heart shaped!

  • I've bought the reissue Morrissey, I hope you're happy with that :)

  • did buy it

  • what about Maladjusted? as far as underrated goes that one never gets talked about! trouble loves me is one of his best songs!

  • Southpaw IS a great album... I don't think that any of the "new" tracks on the re-released edition have improved it though... Perhaps the opposite effect has been achieved.. I liked the way it was short, snappy, catchy and a bit rough around the edges... I suppose because it wasn't a commercial success the first time, they saw fit to alter it...

  • Best LP after his debut Viva Hate. The Operation, Best Friend On The Payroll, Southpaw including this track are by far some of his very best. I think time will prove this to be his very best material after The Smiths. ALL SOLID TUNES......

  • I guess it was the press media that squished this album, wasn't it? Yes!

  • maybe. but it's hardly his most commercial album production-wise. and there was a lot of media attention on oasis, blur, pulp, etc around the time it was released. so i'm not that suprised it wasn't as well received as some of his weaker albums.

  • Well, that aplause at the end was ... hm...hm.. very polite.

  • My second favourite moz album after vauxhall. What a fucking tune this is!

  • really hope he plays more Southpaw songs on the upcoming tours. By far his best album. boyracer rocks and The Teachers Are Afraid of The Pupils is the most epic Mozzer song ever. Genius.

  • Totally underrated album. I've never understood why it didn't get a good reception or why more MOzz fans don't talk about it more.

  • Southpaw Grammar is my favourite Morrissey album. About time it started getting the plaudits.

  • OMG!!!!! THIS MADE MY WEEK!

  • VIVA SOUTHPAW!

  • wow. i'm in mad love all over again. this is one of my favorite songs, too.
