Oh no not again... Ruth tries to kill herself 'again'. This is getting ridiculous. Soaps do repeat simular storylines now and again but not exactly the same storyline with the same actress without months.

Last series was the best ever. Casualty has really gone downhill since Stitch, Guppy and Nathan left.

But its not all bad, I really like the new doctor Toby and glad Geoff has come back. Ab's mate Stacy is rather nice - hope he becomes a permenant character =D

Yes, but she wasn't breathing for herself.

Personally I think she'll live.

Her eyes might be pretty damaged for a while though! The blood vessels burst in the eyes as a result to tremendous pressure on the jugular (ie srangulation.)

Looking back at Saturday's episode, it does give a much bigger insight into why she did it. You can almost understand it. That note from her brother at the end was just terrible! How could anyone be so heartless?

Poor Toby was absolutly heart broken, i know he secretly has feelings for her. Did anybody see the recent episode of Casualty when they relive the situations leading up to Ruth's suicide? I thought it was really emotional. Toby will miss her.

Still it's a bit exsteam for her to do that, In all the other (millions) of hospital drama's they allways make a big deal out of having to just learn to accept stuff like that etc. Even if she does have other problems she seemed more detremind that this, it fun to watch though. It still did seem a bit out of place and typical though, here comes the obvouis sad music and slow motion ...

But it's really good if your watching it like this, seperate and in the moment. :D
