Recycling bin doesn't delete files, it marks that space as "rewritiable" and makes it so you can't see the file. There are programs you can get to reverse this process and "un-empty" your recycle bin provided that hard drive space hasn't been already overwritten by new files.

The monsters you were fighting got tougher because you entered the jungle biome. When you

enter the jungle biome the music will change, the background with change, the tree tops will look different,

and instead of dirt there will be mud.

H button auto uses a healing thing ex: u have a mushroom u press h and it uses it to restore some life

That heart restores 20 hp automatically, no inventory space needed, to increase your maximum health find a Crystal hart under ground

You were in the jungle, you can tell because its a lighter green, there are harder monsters as you can tell

Cut down trees and plant acorns, wood is ALWAYS useful
