  • you shouldnt jump its causing momentum making the excercise less effective try squating keeping your back straight so you workout your quads abs back arms chest and you get a cardio workout too also dont let your wrist flick back let the kettle bells roll inside your grip its quality not quantity

  • yea brother, don't take this the wrong way but get a kettle bell coach, those kettle bells are too small and they are kicking your ass (even after 4 or 5 rounds) you need to learn proper technique..

  • Very bad practice. The wrist has to stand it directly. We let it down between Kettlebellt, the two feet.

  • Try doing the double clean taking the weights between your legs so you don't hit your knees, and keep the wrists in neutral position at top...and start with going down in more of a deadlift-style start.

  • if he was using an appropriately weighted kettlebell his poor technique would be pretty painful.

  • lots of tension on your writs,careful about it . You can obtain better results if you do squats + militar press with those kettlebell in a TABATA CIRCUIT. TRY IT AND YOU WILL LOVE IT
