yea brother, don't take this the wrong way but get a kettle bell coach, those kettle bells are too small and they are kicking your ass (even after 4 or 5 rounds) you need to learn proper technique..
Try doing the double clean taking the weights between your legs so you don't hit your knees, and keep the wrists in neutral position at top...and start with going down in more of a deadlift-style start.
