@spedzer998 If you notice, the lyrics to the verses have no meaning at all. It's just a bunch of random words slapped together with music. Then the chorus comes in and says to "stop speaking gibberish or just stop talking"

The point is that many musicians make their lyrics hard to hear and the song ends up sounding like a bunch of "gibberish". Relient K is saying in a nice way, "Stop speaking like a 2-year-old, or don't speak at all." which isn't a bad message for anyone. Make yourself heard! :]

Relient K is a wonderful Christian band. It's just a fun song and I'm sorry that you can't enjoy a few silly lyrics. Your life must be dull. You need to learn to open up more. To the band, those lyrics mean something. How would you feel if you wrote a song and people said how much "bullshit" the song is and that song meant a lot to you? Grow up and have some more respect. I happen to love my music taste, thank you very much.
