I don't see the point of blaming the bike, it was a regular freestyle bike and he was doing a 20+ foot drop to flat. People don't do that on full suspension downhill bikes and those have upwards of nine inches of suspension travel, front and back. He also made the mistake of landing both tires at almost the same time instead of having the front tire a good amount higher then the back thus not being able to use his legs and bike as a sort of cushion.
