complete the game on a difficulty greater than the average difficulty, also don't cheat. completion should activate enhanced mode.

Well if enhanced isn't unlocking, disabling cheats would be my first port of call.

@MRMIdAS2k I completed the game on remedial (just before "average") AND used cheat codes... are you sure that not-using cheats is going to be more important than replaying on an harder difficulty?

Because I wanna restart the game on "aggressive" but I want to use cheats (just for fun, but still, I want to unlock this damn enhanced mode)

The Osama headquarters thatz produzing chemical weaponz (bazookaz loaded chemical weaponz). you will not get it, even with cheating. so get it 1st !!

Once you complete the game on "They Hate Me" normally without cheating, you should find Enhanced Mode to be "piss" easy.

well you'll need to complete the game first before you can piss fire, I'd recommend using the SMG against the taliban, and the shotty against anything else, providing you have the ammo.
