This is what i found on the original song on wikipedia: "I Believe In Father Christmas" is a song by Greg Lake (most famously a member of King Crimson and Emerson, Lake & Palmer), with lyrics by Peter Sinfield. Lake claims to have written the song in protest at the commercialisation of Christmas. Sinfield however, claims that the song is about a loss of innocence and childhood belief. This content does not belong to me. Great cover by u2 though.

The song is called "Father Christmas" and not I blieve in xmas......and its a cover version.

@LoveTownTourist you got it wrong my friend, this is truly a gr8 cover version from U2 but the exact title is "I Believe In Father Christmas"...the original recording was performed by Greg Lake (of Emerson Lake & Palmer fame) in 1975....just to put things clear :D
