Let me start by saying that I love Ford an I own a 2005 Focus St amazing. But if Ford wants young ppl interested in their cars they need to make a "kids" car. Aka turbo.

I had the original 2003 Focus Hatchback, it was a great affordable vehicle, but now I have traded to something else since they don't offer the hatchback anymore. It's a shame Ford didn't bring the European Focus or Fiesta to North America.

It looks nicely styled if Ford doesnt bland it out for the north american market. i dont think they will but it looks like an interesting little vehicle, if only we could get a diesel.

i have rented a 2009 Ford Focus and it is a nice car. all around its a good car However the honda civic has a more spacious back seat and there is NO hump The Focus can fit FOUR people back there comfortably as long as you move the two front seats up a bit but that might not be good for the driver. the reason i say four is because the center console intrudes on center leg room No person would want to be in the middle All in all if you dont carry people in the back seat this car is great for you

when i first saw this, i that it was horrible. it's grown on me though, i can see why, for basic type drivers, this would be an attractive car. the 2000-2007 was more for people who enjoyed driving and great handling.

I can't believe in the US 24 City, 35 Highway is somehow good. In canada here the focus is 36 city, 50 highway. Unbelievable :(

A) Its a ford

B) it has a terrible crash rating if you do some research

A) It is a Ford, the company with quality that bests Toyota and Honda.

B) I have researched. Great ratings from NHTSA and a Good frontal crash test from IIHS.

I'm not biased. I was skeptical too, but I test drove one and I liked it.

for real, i drive my dads 98 escort, im buying my own new car next year though.

but this car has lasted 10 years now and it still runs real smooth, and never had any engine problems or anything.

id say ford cars last very long.

no sir...so far i have around 137K Miles, and no engine problems...ford doesnt suck...it depends if people know how to take care of their car or not...if no one changes their oil or replaces engine belts,etc...of course the engine will die young...but thats not just ford, that happens to any car. ford is very good quality

Sorry this car sucks!.. My friend just bought one, the styling is HORRIBLE.. its like they got some random parts and threw it togheter. Competition is better im sorry. Civic is #1 eve though I dont like Honda, Mazda 3 destroy the Focus, Sentra is good too, to bad its so ugly also..lol

Everything is just wrong about the styling on this car. The grill is awful, the side vents are awful, the rims are awful, etc. It's like the last generation with more chrome...

The interior is clunky too much plastic, the redesign it ugly not layed out well,and the price is too high for a car that is not at the leel of a honda civic,toyota corolla. ON THING I MUST SAID TO THESE CAR COMPANIES. first, dont be fooled by the lighted cup holder, it wont hold ur money 2 long..

2nd, it was promoting honda right, that was something weird, in ford' commercial or whatever u call it..
