Listen, the final bill, (still subject to debate & amendments) is a melting of bills that have been available for scrutiny for months.

Some main components are: preventing insurance companies from discriminating on the basis of pre-existing conditions, and a public option to break the insurance industry monopoly and give some options to the millions without HC insurance.

This while Steny Hoyer trumpets that this has been the most deliberative and transparent process he's seen in 29 years in Congress. What a joke!
