Incase You Don't Know Yet, if you get an S For all Missions On normal or higher, You'll get the X-02 Which is a Multirole and Easily the best plane in the game.

You really can hit that refuelling plane though ;) And in the end you did succeed in bombing all 6 panels in 1 go, which was pretty good. Its so much fun playing this game...

The fighter jet TND stands for Tornado and the pod underneath it is called cluster bombs. The Tornado was designed and developed by Great Britain with twin Rolls Royce engine and the wings were designed for the purpose of reconisance, bombing missions at high speed to outrun SAAMs. The only time the wings open is in dog fights, ground support and landing. It is an awesome fighter jet that has surved in the falklands, Golf, Somalia and many other battles.

One of my friends dad is an ex-fighter pilot for the RAF (Royal Air Force) and he used to fly the Tornado. He last flew in Gulf War in 1993 before retiring. games like ace combat is great but he sais that when you are in a real jet fighter it is a whole doifferent ball game. You get dizzy spells, upset stomach and your lungs compress against your spine and back of your ribs when you perform mac 2 spins to avoid shots. And in real dog fights you have limited ammo which needs to be spent wisely.

Yeah, and also watch out do not bleed the air speed too much during the sharp turn. And in real life, it is very easy to stall a plane, and it can be hard to recover. It is interesting that TND has thrust reverse, which I have not found on other fighter.

That "pod" is actually a german MW-1 cluster dispenser unit. That thing has the fame of being the heaviest weapon system that was ever mounted on a fighter-bomber.

Nice baby, affects about 700x2000 meters on highest dispersal and has standard HE, HEAT, anti-tank mines and runway destroyers (Tandem charge;first charge puts a hole in the runway, second charge explodes inside creating a cavity below it. That´s a bitch to repair.) as bomblet choices.

The Tornado was a fighter/bomber from the beginning on.

The MW-1 is simply the perhaps best weapon avaiable to strafe a tank column, mine a road form the air or to take out a runway. A true Cold War Era product.
