You should put in the tags "Bachmann A2" because on the stand there is what looks like the pre-production samples...n I have to say, they do look good :)

All kudos to Bachmann for producing a train for the south-eastern region. I doubt I'm the first to complain that post 1980 London and the south east is an extraordinary gaping hole in British railway modelling. I'm waiting for slam-door EMUs in NSE livery (or the Connex South Central 4-VOP that took me to school back in the day. Well, 2003, anyway). Also notice that Bachmann can develop a Mk3 DMU bodyshell, how far away is the 455 or the 319?! Ditto Turbostar/Electrostar, come to think of it!

Think bachmann are better than Hornby now, only thing I don`t like is they are a bit slow when you send anything BACK TO THEM FOR REPAIR.

Cor that Arriva 57 looks good, but not as good as those Standard 3mt's.

Also the SR EMU and the 108 with the lower headcode box look mint aswell
