Ok want your iPod / iPhone faster check this:

Do not add more Cydia Sources than 3 more than 3 will slow down your iDevice.

Disable Spotlight. Not with a Tweak but with Settings.

Disable that fcking background and use a picture! NO ANIMATION!

And at least get an iPod Touch 4 with max 230 RAM! Or a iPhone 4 with max 320

Check this.. if you have more than 8 sources (no basic sources) that is maximum of speed.. if you have more than it will slowdown ur iDevice, but if you have this.. like LockInfo. on a source like iHackStore and you also have the Exsellize Repo than download LockInfo from the other source and mabye you can delete the iHackStore Repo.. and you can delete sume procceses in SSH. But i dont recomment that..

And disable the Spotlight and deactivate some themes.. and you can always SSH. into your iDevice and delete some procceses but if you dont even dont know what SSH is than i recomment stay out of SSH !
