that being said, lol, dont us citizens have the right to make citizen arrests??

so even if the politicians and judges and cops arent doin their jobs by holding the banks and ceos who made these illegal decisions and moves to rip off people knowingly accountable for their actions like you or i would be held accountable if we had tried to do the same thing...well..cant people do a citizens arrest??
