yes you can use this in America, but you will have to buy it shipped from Japan...and many of the functions can only be used in Japan, like GPS, internet, and live TV streaming...those will not work outside Japan.

It's not 13,00.... it's 13, 000 units. That means the amount they have in storage and whatnot. If they sell all 13,000 units really quickly they'll release more because the product is obviously popular and they'll make more money that way. 13,000 units can most likely hold much more than 13,000 phones I believe. not sure man. but its a good place to get phones that you cant get in canada :D and the cool thing 2 some of the stores will sell it either unlocked or it cheap to unlock it. just drop by one day if you get a chance. i havent been to Pmall in like a year so i couldnt really tell you the price. my friend got a jap phone from their and unlocked it. it looks almost the same as this one. just - the chocolate.

1) make the back plate(With the bar effect) Into a screen to see who is calling you and touch to type things in.

2) Make the keypad slide down or sideways(Like the touch pro).
