I can tell any body right now that losing 6 lbs per week unless you are morbidly obese is very unhealthy. If you lose drastic amounts of weight in a short period of time your body will lose muscle and you will be in the same place you were when you weighed 245, even though you're 175, because it's about body fat %, not body fat mass. I speak from experience.
