Thank you for posting this, I'm a medical student and you have no idea how difficult it is to keep all these nerve lesions of the hand straight! Now I have a visual hopefully I can remember it better :)
Thanks for the video...I fell through the glass top of a coffee table nearly twenty years ago now and did pretty much the same to left hand.(The ulnar nerve was severed unfortunately)
...but it is really cool to see someone with a similar injury!I kinda thought I was alone! My pinky and ring finger are the same way.I play guitar and I know how you feel with dealing with your flute. I wish you the best.
I had the atrophy pit between the index finger and the thumb. I actually use video games as rehab, because the controllers require so many of the little muscles in the hand to move around.
Wow - I really feel for you! I have the numbness and have had it for about a month but thank God there is no clawing yet. I hope your surgery goes well for you!
I'm a medical student in Brazil and after reading about the lesion of the ulnar nerve, I searched YouTube for a video and found yours. It helped me understand better the aspect of the so called "main en griffe" or claw hand.
Thank you so much for this video- beats any text book description for ulnar nerve palsy .

7years ago I used an electronic muscle stim. device,
which I stupidly overused therefore severely injuring muscles
and nerves. I suspect they could be crossed, the muscles, it hurts a lot.
I've been going to doctors ever since and nothing has helped, had various exams done.
I've been having big pain in my body ever since.
I am wondering, what I shud do to either FIND OUT what is wrong,
which examination to take
OR HELP MYSELF.
PLEASE HELP !
