I only have the German Brunswick pressing of the Drum&Bass solo by Haggart/Beauduc and the US Decca of the Big Band version.
When one listens to Bob Crosby's singing, one feels the inspiration by his big brother - and you are right: he was conscient and proud of it! (see also John Chilton "Stomp off - let's go").
My favorite uncle who, by the way, survived the sea landing of the WWII forces at Normandy, turned me on to this. Thanks uncle Bob!
