This is the exact opposite of what you saud.
The new Bill does NOT provide for the indefinite detention of US Citizens picked up for terrorist activities INSIDE the US. IT provides for the indefinite detention of US Citizens picked up for terrorist activities OUTSIDE of the US.
That's part of what the Bill provides for.
