@RavaiP The system will work perfectly... It is plug-and-play so there are actually no wires that need to be cut and the vehicle can be put back to factory at any time. We have thousands of systems installed and there are no problems.

In certain areas it gets very cold (like always below 0 degrees) and if you need to park outside its pretty terrible to sit in the car waiting for it to warm up. Alot of people never thought that they would want a remote engine starter until they tried it and experienced the convenience...

I remember I saw a customer at a Nissan dealer I used to work at who bought a 2009 Maxima with remote start. It required 5 pushes of a button on the key fob to start. These remote start systems seem pointless and cumbersome. How lazy does a driver have to be to use one of these systems because they like to have their climate control running before they get in the car.

@gedaman Why do you have your hot water heater running all the time when you get in to shower? I find that lazy and cumbersome that you have to have it on 24/7 because you like to have your water temp. ideal before getting into your shower.......Sounds pretty stupid when its directed at you doesn't it?

Because if it's freezing cold outside, you can get your car warmed up while you're inside the house.

no you only havde to press 'panic' once... everything else was to demo the remote functions are normal.
