  • It's not working cause you first need to have your Kundalini awakened. For this there is another exercise. This exercise only works when it is already awakened.

  • You can't really learn this through a video. I was taught in person, and I've been unable to successfully teach anyone I know, even in person. Also, for some people meditating takes more work than for others. You have to quiet down the loud thoughts floating about in your head, and clear your thoughts. Some people think more erratically than others it seems, more thoughts to silence. Try meditation through mantras, i used a biblical quote my first time. Learning that way made this easier.

  • btw, mantras just means repeat in your head a phrase (any phrase) over and over, till you think of nothing but that phrase. There is a cult that uses the method, stay away from them,just a warning. It's easy, and you don't need anyone's help. Memorize a sentence,close your eyes, and repeat it in your head until you lose a sense of time. You won't feel bored once you enter the trance, which shouldn't take long. When you've done it right you won't be thinking of anything but the phrase, good luck.
