Yes and that is exactly why I stated "riding their backs to stardom". Most people out there try to take a great song and remix it, hoping to make another #1 song. however the majority of them fail miserably.

Most of the great songs out there combine their music/vocals to let a listener see the story in their minds. When you remix you take that story and mess it up.

Take your favorite novel and rip it apart, then glue the pages together in non-numerical order. The story makes no sense.
