Better normals. O.Honda's standing kicks all knock down and have deceptive animations (they're all the same kick, but only roundhouse actually reaches as far as it looks) and his low fierce is a better poke. Plus, grabby into slappy is way easier to execute than oicho shenanigans.

What...what exactly makes O. Honda so special? Why is he better than Super Honda...or Super Turbo Honda for that matter...or ANY Honda mode?
Also, he killed CE Guile...ouch.
