    Berries: For their antioxidant potential, and low sugar content. These contain a rich source of phytochemcials (plant based antioxidants). The low natural sugar content of berries mean they fit in fairly well with a low carb diet, and do not cause significant disruption to blood sugar balance. So keep eating your blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries etc.
