I saw this when i was on holiday in Portugal (me and my sister kept making up the stories by what what going on coz we didnt understand what they where saying. can anyone tell me what it is called please and does any one have it with subtitals???????? Thanks

i went on wikipedia (i no it isnt always accurate but u can get some info) to find out what it was about and saw that they have nearly a whole new cast every season..... why is that?
No problem ;) Well, things shift around all the time and you left comments on scenes of at least two different seasons of the show, so it's kinda hard to bring you up to speed... But the yearly cast change is because this works as an acting workshop of sorts for the network, and they need new faces every year so that they can pick the best ones and move them to other shows. It's a really very commercial explanation that takes the fun of our very own O.C.-style show, but that's just how it works.

cool well im happy to help.... yea spanish is abit odd, in most english secondary schools you get tought either spanish or french, some schools teach other languages like japanese but that is mainly private schools.

Yeah, it's been around for six years and still ticking. I put up new scenes every day, they're the ones with the MCA prefix code. Everything else in my account is from evening soaps with the actors who've "graduated" from the show and moved on with their careers. Cross-referencing their names in the tags of this old show and what they're doing now can be fun when we realize just how much they've grown in every way. I took French in high school but I don't remember much of it these days.

Yes I love both of those, 'my family' is brilliant. we get all the typical american stuff over here, we dont really get any programmes that arnt in english which is why i think the english suck so much at languages and the fact that we only get taught in school for 4/5 years and lots of english teens really dont care alot.

The other one you spoke of is Pedro Barroso, who plays "Mário", a circus performer with his nomad family.
Cool thanks.... we saw an episode when someone found the mill or something and she was also having a driving lesson with some guy and she crashed or skidded the car but i think that is the last episode we saw. I thought they where circus performers coz i kept seeing them juggle and stuff.
That other guy was "Dinis", played by Pedro Jervis. His character hounded "Jennifer" all Summer trying to win her over, offered to give her driving lessons (not knowing that she needed the car to make her supplying the mill easier) and came close to finding out that she was keeping "Luís" there. He and "Jennifer" had sex several times, with her saying it was first and last time, second and last time, third and last time, etc. everytime they were done, for comic relief. They ended up together.
ah i thought he was trying it on with her coz in a scene i saw in that cafe place he was talking to her and she kep walking away and he kept following her then suddenly she turned round and slaped him round the face. the look on his face was brilliant! then the next day when we saw it the where in bed together i thought it was very odd so thanks for clearing that up for me. i cant believe i am getting all this infomation about a programme i cant even watch or understand.... im so sad.

It's called "Morangos com Açúcar" (or "Sweet Straberries" in English), and unfortunately as far as I know there is no subtitled version.
