Yeah, lyrics are wrong. The chorus goes:

Listening to the acoustic version, it's much clearer. And yeah, the entire song is in Draco's POV. And it's about his mother dying if he doesn't kill Dumbledore.

If you listen close enough to the lyrics, you can tell it's from Draco's perspective (second verse talks about the cabinets he used to get Death eaters into the school and how Dumbledore knew Draco was trying to kill him). And since Draco's family was threatened if the plan didn't succeed, the she definitely means his mother.

It seems to be from Draco's point of view, 'she' could be be his mother and Severus this ain't your day could mean that he doesn't want Snape to take the glory again. Te title could refer to the chapter title and that the song is Draco's thoughts at this time

I think "she" is Charity Burbage because Draco had to watch her die but idk because this song seems to be set in HBP but the torture and murder of Professor Burbage is in DH.

Initially I thought it was about Snape because of the title but the lyrics contradict that.

Draco was the one who formed the plan involving the cabinets. He was also ordered to kill Dumbledore by Voldemort under the threat of having his mother killed. Dumbledore explicitly mentions that he knew that Draco was behind the attempts at his life at the end of the book. Finally the lyrics "Severus saved the day" actually address Snape. The title refers to Snape also but it is all from Draco's view.
