You might wanna run it as administrator in your system32 folder.

C:/Windows/System32/CMD open the system32 folder and scroll down.

Don't mess around in the system32 though lol.. i'm not sure if that will help usually it won't open at all but maybe that will help

Yeah, is the router a mo dem issued from your ISP? or is it a seperate device you bought? If it's combined with your modem form the isp, sometimes the put a sticker with it on the router. If not you can always call your isp and ask. If it's your own, you can always reset it.
