How strange to find this on you tube. I was there for this exercise but many miles away involved in logistic support for all the on site participants.

ALL those people that were "civilians" were all DOE employees except for the ones that were identified .

They held an award show for the "actors " involved.

The woman in the lavender top won best female actor.

The victims,the press,the looter,all worked for DOE.

At the end of the exercise they had a award show similar to the Oscars

If it weren't for spies of several countries then certain countries wouldn't have nuclear capabililty bc the spies put their lives on the line to infiltrate other countries for bio information that leads to chemical ingridients to make these weapons.
