They're African black Footed Penguins, and they reside on the Southern tip of Africa...This footage was taken at a resort in Hawaii. Because these penguins are 'warm' climate they are able to adapt and live in the tropical environment. : )
@toddieandchelsie only some penguins live on snow. Penguins can live anywhere from the Southern Eqauter (or however yuo spell it). As in Brazil or The Southern Africa
