  • Ugh I wanna play the Timbany sooooo bad. Im stuck on the stupid bells. Dangit.

  • I'll be them one day :) :) Lol

  • So big so very big o.o

  • wow, You guys are amazing :)

I wish my band sounded like this, but we are just a small town marching band :)

  • @DrumMajor911

    Thanks!

  • wow did i see SEVEN bass drums?!?!?!

  • We usually only have 4-5. That's the middle schoolers we added for the night.

  • ahhh love competitions

  • Tullahoma TN

  • aha! i knew i've seen this band somewhere.. we were at the colt classic i think it's called in hendersonville earlier this season.. and they kicked ass, and took all of the awards in their class.. just a terrific band.

  • Hendersonville Golden Invitational? No we only won hornline and overall. I believe Page took percussion and guard.

  • Probably HGI. Hendersonville Golden Invitational I think it is.

  • I think you maybe right. I know I really liked it.

  • I think the crowd liked Thriller better :P

  • That's because we actually played Thriller. They would've been like WTF if we did like Apache then danced Thriller.

  • haha! That was so much fun to play and dance to! That was a great night!

  • man the band is huge!

my schools band has 8 tubas, 12 sax, 16 clarinets, 12 flutes, 13 drumline, 6/7 baritones 5/6 euphoniums 1 bas clairnet and some more i think =/

  • no trumpets??

  • There were trumpets my daughter plays the trumpet

  • i know, i was just making a joke because he didn't put down any trumpets on his post

  • Trumpets are just "some more" I guess.

  • i was in this :P

  • That band is huge...

  • Well the band was like 150 that year but we added two middle school bands to that which probably put us in 275+. But if you want a huge band look at Dobyns Bennett. Like 450 person band.

  • They did the moves from Soulja Boy while they were playing Old Time Rock and Roll. This year The Band played Thriller and did some of the Thriller moves as well. They were excellent zombies.

  • That had nothing to do with Soulja Boy. They were playing "Old Time Rock and Roll."

  • Kind of interesting that this video has more views than BOOM!, Myth and Madness, Quest, and Dark and Stormy have put together.

  • I would have loved to see your Thriller...

  • YAL HAVE A FUCKING HUGE ASS BAND we have like 3 tubas 8 saxs 7 flutes 12 clarinets 3 mellophones including me about 10 percusion and 7 trombones

  • my middle school band has like 18 saxes 20 tubas like 80 clarinets 50 flutes 4 bassoons umm bout 15 euphoniums like 20 french horns

and wow I thought my band was small =Þ

  • and 5 trumpets

  • It's crazy how our band of just over 70, maybe 20 count horn line plays as loud as this. While moving. Many times at 6-to-5 90 degree sliding. Soulja boy dance was entertaining. We did Thriller last year, which was sweet with the shiny plumes twitching and stuff.

  • I hope you make section leader. I know its tough. My nephew who is a JR this year wanted it so bad but they gave it to an upper classman who really is not that good nor did he care that much. I hope Ryan will have it for his SR year. What a way to finish band doing something you love. My daughter could care less about being a section leader. But she can make someone tow the row if they keep goofing around when it gets close to competition time. She is there to win.

  • i wish we could do that for marching band at my school. this would be way cooler than doing songs from broadway (that's what we're doing). you guys are AWESOME!!

  • Thanks for the complement! But you play 5 different instruments I say you are the one who is awesome! Tullahoma would be lucky to have you play with them. Wow!

  • thank you, but I only play one in band. you can't really play all of them at the same time.

  • I know, but how would nice it be to have a student that could play one of five different instruments if you really needed them too? I once did an original musical about the Cherokee Indians. All the music was authentic our music director wrote all the music and could play every instrument. When he played the flute for the spirit dancers it was so hauntly beautiful. I remember his talent every time I think of that show.

  • that's so cool. i hoping to get section leader next year, since I'll be the only upperclassmen in my section.

  • i lived in tullahome

  • D34dlySpork (5 months ago)

Holy crap another one of us and this time I'm in it. Well at least there was no zoom in and remember East was there too.

  • Just wait until this season if you like "S T"... See you at the games better yet the competitions!

  • hey i'm from ths class of '03 BABY!!! YOU GUYS ARE KEEPING THE BAND ALIVE!! i loved band at EMS (trumpet) and color guard my senior year.

  • W00t! tullahoma band rocks!!!

  • thats cool.keep it up fellow band nerds!
