@TheEbonstar yes I just confirmed that monsters that are killed return to the spawn pool...the card indicates what is in your pool you can spawn beyond what is listed but if you have monsters in your pool you can spawn those..also consul activates 4 skulls of monster per activation so the consul has become allot more competative now
It never occurred to me that you could re-spawn spawn points. Great idea!

I see no reason why you couldn't spawn another spawn point. in fact I did that when I ran out of mobs from one spawn point.
