They took those lines on purpose. TBS and Brand New were connected, especially on this album. Jesse Lacey from Brand New said "Is that what you call tact...etc" to John Nolan (who was in TBS for this album) after John slept with his girlfriend. Then they each put it in a song. So it really wasn't stealing. Seventy Times 7 is about John and this song is about Jesse.
