  • Perhaps the owner of an apartment available for rent would be interested in getting some publicity for the use of the apartment.

    And you would probably want to specify in advance who would be responsible for the cleanup after the filming. If you make a mess perhaps the crew could help out afterwards. A messy, recently vacated apartment might be ideal.
