... However, if the rider refuses to cooperate and ID then he can be arrested and his identity can be established at the police station. Sec 25 PACE says that if an offence is committed and 1 of the arrest conditions apply (IDCOPPLAN) then a subject can be arrested. The A and N of IDCOPPLAN is Address and Name, meaning if you can't establish these but they have committed an offence, they can be arrested. I would've nicked this guy a lot earlier in the conversation!
@bennygribbon The law does cater for cyclists, they are dealt with in the same way as drivers. If you committ an offence under the road traffic act that can be dealt with by way of a Fixed Penalty Notice then the rider must accept to enter the FPN scheme and provide ID, and admit he committed an offence. If he disputes it he can refuse the FPN, but with ID the officer should then report him for the offence in a process book and he will receive a court summons...
The cop should have cut down on waiting time and just smacked you in the gob you cocky twat! Shit heads like you are giving cycling a bad name ,hope you get cleaned up going through a red light.
... details or providing false details will result in the arrest of the rider. Similarily, if the details provided cannot be proven to be correct by way of some sort of ID, ideally driving licence, then an arrest may take place. The requirement for providing name & address was covered by Sec.24 of PACE but it is now included in all relevant acts & no seperate power is required. I hope that I have shed some light on this. Shame PC Stout couldn't at the time. Peace!
Someone perhaps has put this on previous comments, but this is for the benefit of other youtube users: Under the Road Traffic Act 1988, cyclists must obey all traffic signs and signals. A cyclist can be fined for failing to do so and that includes failing to stop at a red traffic signal. This is a summary offence and can be dealt with by ways of a fixed penalty notice. In order for an officer to issue that notice, he/she require the rider's name and address. Failing to provide these....
if he (the cyclist is at fault,,then he should be fined...but the officer should know what laws or restrictions that the cyclist disobeyed...if the cyclist isnt at fault.. then no way should he have to "proove"anything....the helmet camera prooves two things...one the officer was not in control of the situation...and the second that the cyclist right or wrong knew it
the issue isn't about the red light being run! no-one saw the red light being run for starters. the issues are that all concerned don't know their rights. the vid highlights taking control by asking the right questions appropriately. this will work for all people in all situations. onwards. love and light.
i'm a cyclist myself & running a red light is against the law regardless of whether you're a motorist or a cyclist & the officer was executing his duties correctly in INTENDING to issue a fine. However, if what the cyclist said is correct it seems the law system is at fault cos the cyclist wasnt OBLIGED to take the paperwork, & he wasnt OBLIGED to give his personal details, so how could the officer issue a fine? The law needs changing so cyclists MUST take the paperwork or give their details
This is why cyclists have such a bad reputation. Just because they're not required to have a licence they think the rules of the road don't apply to them. The issue here is running a red light.
6:20 In the USA, police officers ARE revenue collectors, or at least, revenue producers...generally, the courts do more collecting, but both work for the "City Corporation".
6:24 The minute YOU become abusive, you have just given them the excuse to ignore your verbal statements.
Suppose Danny whose videos I watch and subscribed to - say if he was driving a car - the cop would be able to get his details from the PNC computers right?
What would be the situation then? Say if you were stopped?
Also can the cop arrest him? take Danny to cop shop and establish his ID via fingerprints say if they had them stored already?
@textme I see what you did there, with the dollar! very good
thinking you may have missed the point I was trying to make, that if people witness others breaking the rules, they may feel that way inclined themselves in a different instance possibly with further undesired consequences
@strictlyprose "undesired consequences" what... they learn and practice verbal contracting and the understanding that strawmen need consent to govern YOUR FICTION. Or were you referring to hypothetical physical scenarios. please say you ment the first one please dont be another $heep that fills these 116 comments.
PC Stout, I reckon that if you encoutered people like Danny every day you may be inclined to look for another job ! This guy is so clued up. Top marks Dan.
@texme I dont understand you insistence that there has to be an injured party to make laws and the work of the police necessary. Surely a law can exist as a deterrent? There's no denying that running red's can cause injured party, and a law to limit the amount of injured party's is a good thing?
@featheredrat Say it as loud as you like it doesn't make it real "can cause" it hasnt happened... $o you like this "can cause" $ociety we live now... good for you. You just cant think that far back to grasp a "Common Law" Maxim. NO INJURED PARTY NO LAW BROKEN... maybe just a $tatue but you dont know the difference... do you, PER$ON. youtube "meet your strawman" then ill discuss more with you.
@texme putting aside the statute and common law, lets look at common sense for a second, I don't see how a "can cause" scenario is a bad thing! It seems stupid that this guy doesn't realise the law is there to try and deter him from becoming pavement pizza. And I'm fully aware of the Strawman shite, it's crap, live in a society and accept its rules or go somewhere else, at the end of the day its all there to make all our individual lives work as a society, not some massive corrupt conspiracy.
@featheredrat clearly you have never lived in another society, you may experience countries with less an addiction to fiction and then comment with perspective. And im not saying im better than anyone, im saying fiction (a "can cause" valued society) leads to a far worse and costly way of living. 1 aspect Taxes pay that costume strawman to "protect" your "Can cause" easily lead principled society. in your best German accent yell "show me your papers". So keep your "can cause" scenario.
@texme putting aside the statute and common law, lets look at common sense for a second, I don't see how a "can cause" scenario is a bad thing! as cool as it is to exploit the police and have an understanding of your rights, you're a total prick for running a red - have a sense of society please?
you're setting a bad example for other road users and just because you were lucky in that instance, abiding by the rules of the road may save your life in a different scenario
personally I would have clowned the copper (much kudos!) but I would have paid the equivalent of the fine to a charity possibly helping those that are victims of RTAs
@Bboy235 I find ad hominem attacks inefficient so if this is your direction I respectfully decline to participate in replies with you. Otherwise I look forward to you adding more facts and additional information to prove me right or wrong. Have a wonderful life!
This is a situation where PC Stout simply lacks information on a personal and professional level. In other words the human brain can only take up to 24 frames per second of information. I think PC Stout is like the rest of us just trying to survive and make a living. He is in a line of work where he can temporarily "control" somewhat satisfying that he can control something or someone. because someone "controls" him.
He could have approached Danny from a position of concern instead of reprimand
@StrangeAmbitionMedia Ermmm where did you get the ludicrous notion that we can only process 24 "frames" whatever that is of information per second and what does it have to do with this film
The mind is a depository of images 24FPS is the freq in which we receive them. Ex. Strobe light 24fps is tolerated beyond 24fps brain cannot tell the difference between flashes. Mind cannot do its job any longer at this point we experience stress. Stimulus observation action.
Perhaps PC Stout is experiencing stress is my point. Stress @ Job relationships uncertainty the attempt to control danny is attempt to control something or someone in his life.
@StrangeAmbitionMedia describing the mind as a repository of images is probably the worst description I have ever heard actually it's just false how about thought, perception that is non visual , emotions and consciousness does a person that is born blind have no mind ? you make no sense whatsoever
Small men with big power, nothing but a common bully in this video, He clearly has no idea what he's talking about and is used to bullying spot fines from people who are used to just accepting what people in uniforms say.
for people who havent realised (allot of you judging by the comments) this is about statutary interperatation and your human rights and how you can claim them, not about the lights its kinda missing the point
@anon3560 you are right we should all be curtious towards others, its polite and it can prevent accidents. i also agree that we should be consistant and people who get fined for this sort of thing when they cause no danger to others shouldnt accept punishment for it, why should they if no one is harmed?
personally i wont give up my rights and authority to a red light, you can if you want.
by the way that doesnt mean i go around jumping them all that would be stupid.
I like all the judgemental-ism from the comments. I've watched this guy's other videos, and what he does is amazing for the world. Keep judging, King Nothings.
a police Bicycle Chassse sure Would have made some wicked footage, , ,LMFAO,, Freeman on the Land Rules,, "Common Law" verses "Judicial Law" is Amazing!! Time to wake up the Brainwashed Xbox playing Police the 'F' UP!!
this video would be much better if the arse on the bike had got hit by a car when he jumped the red light, and then everybody could see the good work the police do when people actually need them. I know this isn't supposed to be anti-police, but have some respect for the people who are out there trying to make our lives safer and more comfortable. Asking questions doesn't make you "the master", it makes you a know it all, disrespectful arrogant prat who thinks they know better. Grow up
@featheredrat oh go sux your wifes dick you submissive fucktard. Yet another Precautionary-principled $heep, who cant see the big picture of what this is turning the world into "A safer place" Question: when you create "laws" with no injured party where does it end @featheredrat ? please help me understand. where does it end. (Type with that dick in you mouth, go for it.) remember "No injured party where does it end" focus now.
@texme ok so no injured party in this case, but the law exists because idiots like the guy in the video die everyday, and worse kill other people by breaking laws. " Where does it end?" isn't a relevant question in this case, as the law of not driving through red signals is a necessary and life saving. This isn't turning the world into anything, all its doing is stopping people getting severely injured and killed by being ignorant and reckless. Being abusive doesn't help get your point across.
I see the usual kind of simpletons I've come to expect from youtube are out in force. The rules that apply to drivers do not apply to cyclists, because driving a car is a far more potentially dangerous operation than cycling a bike. There's a reason that a 12 year old with a cycling proficiency can cycle on the road but to drive you need to be at least 17, passed both a theory and practical exam, be fully insured, etc etc.
Secondly it is not at all unreasonable to expect police officers to understand the laws under which they can and cannot arrest someone, and to recite them when necessary. Too many officers get away with bullying tactics and allowing the public to assume that a policeman knows the rules and laws better than them, which as we all know is not often the case.
@texme now @chrisjapow youve taken a position thats one of the biggest "simpleton" moves you can make. Have another go this time be AsKing. at present you are in my "dangerous with a little information" category, i know your young and all but will you try again for me. Good boy.
By failing to obey a traffic signal, a red light, the camera man has committed an offence under Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 & The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002. As an offence has been committed he is legally required to provide his name and address to the Officer. Police Officers are not lawyers and do no not need to recite the law upon request...
"You're under arrest for Rape, oh eh actually no you're not, I forgot the wording, I'll just uncuff you, Sir"
@msrbelfast If you say so. but @msrbelfast can you tell me who the injured party is, its quite clear in a Rape example but id like to know for this videoed example. Awaiting a "quoted" reply. (tell me the sections and Acts)
So this is what the idiot cyclists that don't stop at the red lights sound like. Not a surprise at all, what a total prat. I wish the officer asked him the correct wording of a person's right to filming everthing. I'm gutted he got let off.
@MsJuliette23 fuck you, you dumb ass piece of submissive shit. You dumb Submissive cunt hole. Go get a job with Hitler, where you dont have to use your brain. step up and i will legally take your "bunt funted" head off.
@RYANREEN ... Your argument is moronic. You have to obey statute law just as you have to obey common law. You have free will and the ability to form opinions which means you can choose to break the law and risk the consequences, just don't expect sympathy from me when you get locked up. There is appropriate and inappropriate rebellion; breaking road safety law is an inappropriate form of rebellion.
@1thousandways sorry but as far as i could tell i was simply stating the facts and there was no argument there to be 'moronic'.
to my knowladge if you were to actually endanger somone by breaking theese statutes you can and most likly will be prosocuted for causing loss or harm, if you break theese 'Rules of society' (statutes) but cause no loss or harm because it is safe to do so, then there is no crime, so no chance of prosicution, unless you concent to it.
I'll tell you what 'Danny', how about you obey road safety law - which exists to protect all of us from idiots like you - and not jump red lights in future? Then, this dreary, pointless, Youtube cliche, wouldn't need to get uploaded in the first place. My only problem with PC Stout is that he let you get away.
@creditorscorner Policy officer or police officer? I've never heard of the former so I think I can probably safely say I'm not that, and I'm not the latter either.
@1thousandways Your Precautionary principle ideals lead to the Minority Report $ociety we live now. fuck your ignorance. You have no education in law and it shows. fuck off you submissive piece of shit (the world breeds and is full of).
@texme You have got to be one of the most moronic people I have ever come across on Youtube, which of course is saying something. You gormless, witless, sack of shit. DON'T RUN RED LIGHTS YOU F**KING MORONS.
@1thousandways yet again i find another submissive-Precautionary-principled $heep. Your Precautionary principle ideals lead to the Minority Report this $ociety. This idea sets in motion a change 1 to 1 you may not fathom. You, a perfect submis$ive citizen. Having a go at this guy on the bike! who do you think is making changes¿ you with your submissive ideals, or the guy on the bike dealing with the jumped Hitler$ in costumes searching for the illu$ive injured party. Show me the injured party.
@texme 1: You can barely string a coherent sentence together; not one of your sentences is grammatically correct. What does that say about your thought processes?
2: You've picked up two concepts - 'Minority Report', from the Tom Cruise film presumably and precautionary principle - from somewhere. Just using the same concepts over and over again makes you look very intellectually limited.
3: The police officer is not a Hitler - he is a police officer doing a very necessary job ...
@texme 4: The police, obviously, have to be uniformed so that you know who they are.
5: The fact that there is no injured party is just a matter of good fortune. Road traffic law exists both to punish those who cause actual - very, very real - injury as a result of improper use of the roads and those who RISK causing injury as a result of improper use of the roads.
6: Britain's roads are not common land, if you want to use them you must abide by the relevant laws.
@1thousandways this video revolves around these ideals i mention, your fear reflex jerks you in the Precautionary Principle worldview reaction. In regards to your above "Points"... If you say so.... and if i may say so, you are a submissive archetype i pitty and avoid. So good luck with that, and dont you fucking complain when you get more Precautionary red tape. you take it up the ass and say to yourself "Got to consider the RISK, Got to consider the RISK, Must consider the RISK, you know".
IAN TOMLINSON 7TH FEBRUARY 1962-1 APRIL 2009 . THE ACTIONS OF THIS POLICE COULD HAVE RESULTED IN YOU MEETING AFORE MENTIONED INNOCENT . THERE IS A PLACE FOR POLICE BUT THEY MUST NOT HAVE THEIR OWN AGENDA . FOR THAT WOULD LEAD BEFORE TO LONG THEM TURNING ON EACH OTHER TO SATISFY THEIR NEED FOR UNNECESSARY ACTS OF VIOLENCE . AND THEN WHO WOULD PROTECT . I BELIEVE . THAT BAD PEOPLE WON'T BE GOOD UNTIL GOOD PEOPLE STOP BEING BAD
great video, i was surprised that Danny did not reflect upon his own violation, or alleged violation, not in the conversation and not in the text, and i was also surprised that in order for me to comment here that Danny requires me, obligates me, to supply youtube or gmail with my details and birthdate, much more than he chose to give to the police officer
I agree, except for the understand part, no one stands under any other, we are all equal, I do share your views on this though, I suppose I just use these defined characters for other peoples convenience, we can speak however we want yet we need to make ourselves heard in an unrestricted way, as for PC Stout I do hope he visits Tpuc or bbc5 and does some research they won't tell you about in police training ;). Common Law, Common People, that's all there is to it :).
Peace Brothers, free people are peaceful, we can never expect to win support through anger or hostility, we need to understand that behind the illusion or shell, the police and the people who remain blissfully ignorant are humans as we are, we should treat them with the love and respect they deserve as fellow people, whilst we can tell them that we do not have to be a part of 'society', we can certainly not force them to accept our views, we can help and guide them, only if they want to change.
@BloodMoonOfDeath these are just words BloodMoonOfDeath know one is injured (maybe egos) see no injured party now we need to help PC STOUT UNDERSTAND this idea, he may $truggle thou. As we approach "Peak Fiction" the words become just sounds and the writing just marks on paper as language is just an artificial technology we subscribe to the issue becomes leting go of the old technology... like letting go of the fax machine. Free people create and thus make things "broken" (fax,words-broken)
Far from submissive. I just believe in being considerate to my brothers and sisters. People have no right to put other people in jeopardy. It's just being selfish. Me first, beep beep I'm in a hurry, fuck you people.
@INFOWARforYourMind "jeopardy" there you go again with your Precautionary principle shit. Your ideals lead to the Minority Report $ociety we live now. Now am i obliged to be considerate. Are you obliged to be considerate. the contract says, Depends how many citizens you have on "your" vessel, and of those citizens that could be eligible of making an insurance claim. Are you the fiction on this Vessel, well are you Mr considerate. if you are good for you. if not jeopardy is future tense.
@texme whatever dude, when they mop the guy of the front of someone's car it won't matter. End of story. You think you know who I am or what about. Come fuck with me or anyone that fucks with me or mine is in serious mortal jeopardy. Of course being a douche bag you'll need the last word so bombast away I really don't give a fuck about you assholes!
@INFOWARforYourMind "whatever" are you a teenager? Try to use your fucking brain you future-tense- value-jaded fuck. Again thank you for freeing the INFOWAR in my Mind with your Considerate-jeopardy-visions of pre-crime-world-view, i do, sorry, we all feel the paradigm shift of assumptive enlightenment entering our brains, wow off you go and chase the aliens your perfect for a submissive probe. and your to stupid to think of a last word. ill give you one "PROBE ME". "PROBE ME" IM Considerate.
This corporate UPU copper should also speak only to you as a constable and remove his hat before doing so. All he's doing here is acting as a Police Officer for the UPU showing his ignorance of our English laws of the land.We are not sailors were are masculines and feminines of the land.He should be following his oath or be removed from his fancy dress job.Why do you think the Police are now recruiting lower intelligence beings and the same for similar jobs?So they can't cotton onto the TREASON
How dare this corporate copper of the Universal Postal Union in Berne, Switzerland (they control the whole commercial system Worldwide for Crown Agents and The Worshipful Company of International Bankers tied in with the Inns of Court working under International Maritime Admiralty Law/UCC/Oleron Law based on VATICAN CANON LAW.He has no rights to do anyone not using a motorised vehicle &/or registered vehicle. He wanted you to hand him some ID so you'd contract with him and grant him jurisdiction.
@INFOWARforYourMind "Deserve a ticket"...Sure ill pay the "injured party", as im sure youll agree its they who "Deserve" the remuneration. Now can the injured party please come forward.... ....... .. .... .
@texme hey you want to be a smacked ass and ruin everyone's day when they run you over. And since you have sooo much money can I have some? If you want to surf your own wave completely then go off by yourself alone. A little consideration from everyone and we wouldn't need police or tickets. Your a duech bag I hope someone runs you over ass.
@INFOWARforYourMind thank you for freeing the infowar in my mind with your paragraph of Precautionary principle dribble. Do tell me more of your submissive ideals. of course when you get off your fathers tit.
I remain silent @ ALL times though have been known to TELL them I am invoking my right to remain silent, as they appear confused @ SILENCE, I wait a while to C if they are going to arrest ME, usually they start to get idiotic in their comments, at that POINT I walk away whilst making MYSELF available for arrest, fortunately I am never in the situation you where (going to pick a child up from school).
I have developed a new tactic to give my details and take theirs noting ALL details.
@gmpresents haha, what you smoking? Come on, that's totally different. What if he went through a red and got hit by a bus? How else do you stop that, or do you let people take responsibility for their actions?
@junior99846 I notice how you have a pathetic profile therefore another setup to attack the truth from getting out. You enjoy your slavery, you adore your slavery you thrive in being a slave don't you? Just as Zbigniew Brzezinski said you and alike would in his book 'Between Two Ages'. You're very foolish and should also hang for treason as these usurpers will soon enough when we take these nations of land called England, Scotland and Wales back from the hands of usurping fascist slave masters.
@junior99846 "You let people take responsibility for their actions... yes, youve never lived outside your own country Responsibility what a mind-blowing-idea. Get off your mothers tit and gain some perspective, do it for yourself. Now why have you taken the gag out of your mouth, im going to have to fine you now, lets call the charge "contempt". thats better now go back to submission Dog. Your Precautionary principle ideals lead to the Minority Report society we live now. fuck your ignorance.
@junior99846 Bend over and take it you submissive Dog and dont touch that gag in you pretty mouth. your a possession... owned. please stay just the way you are.
You should respect Danny's wishes and take this video off youtube, his channel SpiritualEntertainer has a statement.
Danny is kind enough to make these videos, if you put something online he thinks could be harmful to him and his family and he requests you take it down, you should, or he may not continue making these wonderful films.
Dany, you did it well. Im sorry for that mate. You did it so well, that you killed his ego and basicly him self. The ego was defending. The ego dasnt want to be killed. That idiot who repesent the law and dont know how to represent him self learnt his lesson and you learned yours.
These people if you are giving them right questions they dont know how to deal with them because they think (first problem) they are BIG AUTHORITIES (second problem).
@junior99846 fuck you, you dumb ass piece of submissive shit. You dumb Submissive cunt hole. Go get a job with Hitler, where you dont have to use your brain.
- That everyone in the U.K carries a banana with them wherever they go because it would be against the law not to. -The 'Banana Act of 2011' was devised after a few M.P's decided that bananas were good nourishment, so everyone should have one on standby just in case their energy levels begin to drop.
- Then I, working for the Banana Police (dressed as a banana), come along and try to fine you for not carrying one.
The fella ran a red light, that is against the law. We all know how cyclists think they rule the road and this cyclist is evidently one of them. I'm on the cops side, nobody likes a smart arse.
@Kentuckyhorse1 fuck you, you dumb ass piece of submissive shit. You dumb Submissive cunt hole. Go get a job with Hitler, where you dont have to use your brain. p,s, im not a cyclist. fuck your predictable angle... "he ran a red light, he ran a red light, he ran a red light," yes run and tell little johnny.
"Please do not be abusive towards him or the police"??? The only person this video makes me want to be abusive towards is the smartarse on the bike with the camera.
@bvfavorites "breaking laws", yet again i find another submissive-Precautionary-principled $heep. live in another fucking country you fuckass and get out of your fishbowl beLIEf$. You, a perfect submissive citizen, having a go at this guy on the bike! who do you think is making changes¿ you with your submissive ideals, or the guy on the bike dealing with the jumped Hitler$ in costumes searching for the illusive injured party.
@Richardowen9 said "and he expects to get away with it by being difficult"
That's not the full story. Danny (cyclist) is requesting clarification of the law(s) being imposed upon him. This is a valid approach if you believe we're all equal under the eyes of the law, and that any form of authority must prove jurisdiction before being able to act upon you. Clarification is key when dealing with legal/lawful matters, but few of us seek it due to time, pressure & fear. Question everything.
Great video. I wish I had a head-cam, too. Got pulled up for doing right turn at a possibly red light in Lyon, France. Guy got my details but never gave me a ticket, never arrived in the mail, either... Of course, not knowing French it wasn't so easy to argue with him much. Not sure if there are any rules here about refusal to comply with a police request for identification. Probably - it's France. Would be fun to be able to ask if THEY knew the rule, though. Then I could look it up. Good job!
i love this man haha

You give cyclists a bad name ! Get your arse on the bus !
if you cut the red light own up to it and stop wasting the coppers time, you provoked the copper into a response, which is what you wanted to do.

i'm a cyclist myself & running a red light is against the law regardless of whether you're a motorist or a cyclist & the officer was executing his duties correctly in INTENDING to issue a fine. However, if what the cyclist said is correct it seems the law system is at fault cos the cyclist wasnt OBLIGED to take the paperwork, & he wasnt OBLIGED to give his personal details, so how could the officer issue a fine? The law needs changing so cyclists MUST take the paperwork or give their details
bennygribbon 10 months ago
This is why cyclists have such a bad reputation. Just because they're not required to have a licence they think the rules of the road don't apply to them. The issue here is running a red light.

I agree with you say 100%. I am trying to learn.

@featheredrat clearly you have never lived in another society, you may experience countries with less an addiction to fiction and then comment with perspective. StrangeAmbitionMedia 10 months ago
StrangeAmbitionMedia 10 months ago
@StrangeAmbitionMedia Ermmm where did you get the ludicrous notion that we can only process 24 "frames" whatever that is of information per second and what does it have to do with this film
Bboy235 10 months ago
@Bboy235 Ad hominem attack eh?
Stress @ Job relationships uncertainty the attempt to control danny is attempt to control something or someone in his life.

texme 10 months ago

There's a reason that a 12 year old with a cycling proficiency can cycle on the road but to drive you need to be at least 17, passed both a theory and practical exam, be fully insured, etc etc.
chrisjapow 10 months ago
Secondly it is not at all unreasonable to expect police officers to understand the laws under which they can and cannot arrest someone, and to recite them when necessary. Too many officers get away with bullying tactics and allowing the public to assume that a policeman knows the rules and laws better than them, which as we all know is not often the case.

By failing to obey a traffic signal, a red light, the camera man has committed an offence under Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 & The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002. As an offence has been committed he is legally required to provide his name and address to the Officer. Police Officers are not lawyers and do no not need to recite the law upon request...

i think some people dont understand the nature of what happend in this video.
no laws were broken, no crimes were commited.
he commited an offence by breaking a rule (Stutute), this can be GIVEN the force of law by CONSENT, he was simple exercising his right not to consent.
For an officer to enforce 'LAW's' they must know them or clarify them before hand, not doing so i FRAUD.
more people need to know there rights, it would benefit us all
RYANREEN 10 months ago 34
@RYANREEN Thank you for articulating the Game.
texme 10 months ago
@RYANREEN ... Your argument is moronic. You have to obey statute law just as you have to obey common law. You have free will and the ability to form opinions which means you can choose to break the law and risk the consequences, just don't expect sympathy from me when you get locked up. There is appropriate and inappropriate rebellion; breaking road safety law is an inappropriate form of rebellion.
1thousandways 10 months ago
@1thousandways sorry but as far as i could tell i was simply stating the facts and there was no argument there to be 'moronic'.
to my knowladge if you were to actually endanger somone by breaking theese statutes you can and most likly will be prosocuted for causing loss or harm, if you break theese 'Rules of society' (statutes) but cause no loss or harm because it is safe to do so, then there is no crime, so no chance of prosicution, unless you concent to it.
No victim, no crime, simple.
RYANREEN 10 months ago

@texme 1: You can barely string a coherent sentence together; not one of your sentences is grammatically correct. What does that say about your thought processes?
2: You've picked up two concepts - 'Minority Report', from the Tom Cruise film presumably and precautionary principle - from somewhere. Just using the same concepts over and over again makes you look very intellectually limited.

1thousandways 10 months ago
@texme 4: The police, obviously, have to be uniformed so that you know who they are.
5: The fact that there is no injured party is just a matter of good fortune. Road traffic law exists both to punish those who cause actual - very, very real - injury as a result of improper use of the roads and those who RISK causing injury as a result of improper use of the roads.
6: Britain's roads are not common land, if you want to use them you must abide by the relevant laws.
1thousandways 10 months ago
@1thousandways this video revolves around these ideals i mention, your fear reflex jerks you in the Precautionary Principle worldview reaction. In regards to your above "Points"...

Good job!
