  • Nestle Pure Life Water is nothing else as the water out of the tap. But Nestle makes millions of dollars with it. Don't spend all you money on bottled water. Think about your wallet and all the plastic bottles!

  • 5 people kept pressing 0

  • That girl from dolphin tale was in that commercial.

  • Ok WTF, first soda is bad for you, juice they say has to much sugar, Now people are saying WATER IS BAD TO!? Wtf we all just suppose to drink sport drinks until if not already somone says there bad for you to? lol. I would think water is fine since the human race and other species has been drinking it since the beggining of time.

  • like for water!

  • Good, if they only need water. And we know Gatorades are supplied to NBA players.

  • As an exercise science major in kinesiology, this is by far the dumbest commercial I have ever seen put on public channels. We might as well tell the nation to go eat a pound of Lard for dinner every night. Science shows that you lose more than water during exercise and you start building lactate thru anaerobic energy pathways in exercises that last longer than 2 minutes (soccer is a perfect example). Water doesn't give you the glucose (carbs) you need to burn that lactate/lactic acid for energy

  • What little kid CHOOSES water over a sports drink? I have never HATED a commerical so much as I do this one.

  • Then by that logic, whenever I'm done taking a shit, there's only one reasonable response... eat more shit!

  • Also, what a handy cooler of water they had just in case the kid asked...

  • This commercial just pisses me off. For god's sakes don't waste your money on bottled water it is the biggest scam ever. A water filter is a much cheaper option. Tap water is just fine in most cases.

  • Coach is such a pushover getting told what to do by an 8 year old

  • If I was that coach I'd be like shut up bitch and make her ass run laps

  • Opinion noted now chug that energy drink like you mean it

  • Coach, if were losing water why dont we just drink water? Shut up bitch, I'm the coach

  • Why is the coach drinking water? What the fck did she do???

  • As a medstudent, I am soooo offended.

  • Skerplatd is right. Those girls are not exercising nearly enough to require the amount of sugar and electrolytes in a typical sports drink. Babspace, you're on the right track, but only for the endurance athletes sports drinks were originally made for. I see way too many kids drinking gatorade like water, thinking they are making the best choice on a hot day. Instead, they are drinking more sugar than they actually need.

  • @kazandra55 You don't know the temperature, or how hard the imaginary workout was. A ten year old burns through their fuel faster than a well-trained, diet-focused athlete, ESPECIALLY in the heat.

Kids drinking Gatorade like water has nothing to do with kids drinking water like Gatorade.

  • That's just bullshit; childs loose a lot of piss and and crap everyday, figure out what will be the ingredients of the next Nestle product.

  • I also have to change the channel when I see this because I get so angry. What moron is out there telling kids this crap? Not only are they going to NOT replace the electrolytes lost in sweat, but they will flush out any remaining electrolytes, causing them to dehydrate further, and possibly cause muscle cramping and heart palpitations. And I know from experience how back this sucks!

  • whats up with that where did that come from lol

  • Babspace might be right if the kids had nothing but water, but I'd venture to say they will go home and eat real food too...and often stuff with way to many salts of every kind and sugars. A sports drink isn't needed by anyone except perhaps a highly trained endurance athlete. If kids (or anyone) is thirsty, drink water. And I don't have any vested interest in Nestles - straight from the tap is good enough

  • @skerplatd If your city water is good, yes, from the tap! Bottled water is a waste of money, plastic, energy and...water! Google it.

  • I have to change the channel everytime I see this ad. Someone has alreay mentioned the electrolytes thing. Seriously, she's only a child but I want to punch her in her smug little face.

  • I'm a teacher in Arizona. I'm going to use this first as a persuasive essay assignment and then as a truth in advertising assignment.

  • Stupidest commercial ever. May as well be promoting homeopathy.

  • @isaiah41426 "Just a commercial"? It's perpetuating dangerous and false health information to the public, isaiah. Truth in advertising laws are LAWS, and plugging water as an appropriate post-sports replenishing beverage is incorrect and factually wrong.

  • Watch the tapped documentary on HULU. say no to bottled water...

  • That little girl who said "Coach,if we're losing water why don't we drink water?"

If I was her coach,I would tell her,"While we're at it,let's save the environment.WALK HOME ya little smart-ass!"

  • I don't know what fresh-out-of-advertising-school idiot wrote this crap, or what stuffed suit moron committee okayed it, but when you sweat you do NOT lose just water-- you lose electrolytes, which is what sports drinks replace. If you only drink water-- and when you lose the natural salts, you feel thirstier, so you drink MORE water, if that's all you're drinking-- and you dilute the remaining electrolytes further. This can cause serious, immediate health problems, and even death.

    Get a clue.

  • @Babspace i just saw this commercial a few minutes ago, i had to find it because i was going to say the same thing you did

  • @SparxI0 ummmmm no you werent

  • @slayerfan666666 stfu retard

  • @Babspace Wow, great point made about the Nestle 'Pure Life' lacking electrolytes. Not only does Nestle deprive you of electrolytes, but is also full of ACID which subjects one to an array of diseases! I was introduced to KANGEN WATER, an alkaline water that goes through a electrolysis process. I haven't drank bottled water since.

  • @Babspace I don't know where you've been the past few years (few hundred years to be more accurate), but the companies marketing this stuff don't actually give a shit about science, they just want people to buy their product.

  • @icantfindanamex86 Wow, you're so insightful. I don't know where YOU'VE been since the 1930s, but truth in advertising is the law.
